Job Description

Pertemps Medical are urgently looking to speak with Clinical/Counselling Psychologists to work within a newly refurbished private inpatient care service based in Woking which focus on recovery and maximizing positive outcomes.

This role offers an immediate start with the ideal candidate being available for 4 days per week.

The successful candidate will be working  across a low secure unit and a newly built PICU service – females only. Main types of therapy include CBT and DBT. All service users are aged 18+ and have a primary diagnoses of mental illness along with other complex needs.

Person Specification

Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling or Forensic Psychology (or overseas equivalent)
HCPC registration as a practitioner psychologist
Experience working with PD/Complex needs – desirable
This role involves

Working with multi-disciplinary teams
Provide specialist psychological assessment and therapy
Working autonomously within professional guidelines

Compliance requirements
