Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD)- Nursing Home

Location: Cheadle, Greater Manchester

Salary: £38,000- £42,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience excellent benefits

Hours: Full Time

Contract type: Permanent

This homely service boasts excellent state of the art facilities including a cinema, café, hair salon and beautifully decorated gardens for residents to relax and enjoy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their friendly nursing homes in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. The service provides person centred care to elderly residents with a range of physical disabilities. This versatile nursing home also provides specialised dementia care, end of life and palliative care. The Home Manager is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them to ensure the smooth running of the service at all times. The service boosts a great reputation and good CQC rating.

Person Specification: Applicants must be RGN / RMN / RNLD trained and must hold a valid PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction. Previous management experience within a similar environment is essential for this position. Knowledge of CQC guidelines is also essential for this position.
