Job Description

Are you ready to take your career to the next level?      TTM are working closely with a national Care Home group to recruit high calibre people for their homes across the UK including a lovely home in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.   The home is a purpose built, medium sized nursing home in Rotherham for older people. They support people with physical needs who require assistance and care. The home is a comfortable environment, finished to a high standard and it enables us to provide person centred care tailored to the needs of residents. It is run by a dedicated and trained team who each provide a high standard of care to enhance resident’s quality of life. The successful candidate will be motivated to work in a service that offers involvement and empowerment for service users, contributing to the development and enhancement of nursing services. Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and current legislation, meeting quality standards and delivering against key performance indicators, you will lead, enhance and deliver exceptional standards of performance that have become synonymous with the group.
