Job Summary
UK Care and Nursing are currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead position on behalf of our Nursing & Residential Home client within the Staffordshire area. Our client has numerous Nursing Homes throughout the UK and are currently recruiting in Staffordshire. The successful candidate will be required to have a proven good clinical background, with an up to date NMC pin and be able to demonstrate positive clinical management and have a caring and professional ethos. You will have the responsibility of leading a team of nursing staff ensuring that they deliver an excellent standard of care which promotes independence, dignity and respect to all residents living within the Nursing & Residential home whilst positively enhancing their lives. A working understanding of the CQC standards is desirable.

Job Role
Our Clinical Lead will:-
• Monitor the staff to ensure that comprehensive care plans are in place and regularly reviewed in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy
• Assess and reviewing of residents’ files
• Offer advice and support to the staff and residents
• Undertake nursing duties when required
• Work closely with the senior management team
• Assist in all aspects of CQC standards to ensure that the highest standard is achieved
Education, Skills and qualifications
Our Clinical Lead will have the following:-
• Active NMC pin
• Have prior, relevant experience in a clinical background
• Have positive management skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• Experience of delivering quality clinical and person-first assessments
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards
• Work well under pressure and be able to work to deadlines
• The ability to motivate and get the best out of their staff
