As a Clinical Lead Nurse you have responsibility for leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care, promoting independence and dignity whilst positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.

About You:
- You must be a registered nurse with experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth, efficient running of the home
- Experience of delivering nursing care within the elderly health care sector
- Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services
- Experience in overseeing all aspects of medicine management, ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered to our residents
- Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families

You’ll find Haddon House Care Home is situated in the heart of Ilkeston. We are nearby to the local park, shops and close to good transport links, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.
Our long-serving team at Haddon House Care Home offers 24-hour [ Link removed ] provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, who may also have other long-term medical conditions.
Our dementia care is accredited as part of Four Seasons Dementia Care Framework.
Our home contains a beautiful garden with a vegetable patch, which our keen-gardening residents love to help maintain. We also have a BBQ area outside, which is a great place for residents to spend time with their loved ones.
