Don't you just love October?
It's a month of change, a season of mists, dark nights, crisp colourful leaves and warm woollen jumpers.
Yes summer is no more, but was it ever here? And doesn't autumn just......well make you smile and all warm and fuzzy?
With a change in season, how would a change in career sound to you?
Ready for a fresh start in a picturesque village in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, leading a team of like-minded individuals on clinical excellence?
If you are currently feeling undervalued, overworked and struggling to keep up with paperwork, you will be pleased to know that 50% of your hours will be supernumerary.
Having had experience of leading teams in a clinical setting would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
If you have nursing home experience as a nurse and have a good understanding of dementia care then you will know the importance of person centred care and pride yourself on it.
You will be a person that finds enjoyment in building teams around you, supervising and motivating them to be the best they can be.
You will be well supported by an experienced clinical Home Manager and Deputy, giving you piece of mind that on-call is well shared.
You will be a qualified nurse either RMN or RGN with an active NMC pin and know a thing or two about the CQC and their five key themes.
So crank up the heating, pour yourself that cup of hot chocolate and pick up the phone to welcome in the new season and give me a call. Alternatively, click 'Apply'. If you don't have an up to date CV, don't worry, just send what you have and we can go from there.
