Salary: £39,700 per annum (£15.91 per hour) paid breaks

Contract: Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join an award-winning, forward thinking healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire The service provides person centred care to elderly residents including palliative end of life care and residents who are physically frail. This versatile home provides personalised care packages for a range of care needs. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and like-minded Clinical Lead ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join their friendly team to work alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is preferred for this position however experienced nurses with leadership skills will be considered for this role.
