Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD)

Location: Harrow, London

Salary: £35,000 - £39,500 per annum (£18- £20.35 p/hour)- negotiable depending on experience excellent benefits

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours

Contract type: Permanent

Further Details: We are delighted to be recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join a fresh and modern nursing home based in Harrow. This lovely purpose-built care home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for the residents and their families. The home is ideally situated within easy reach of local shops and amenities, as well as public transport links. This homely service boasts excellent state of the art facilities including a cinema, café, hair salon and beautifully decorated gardens for residents to relax and enjoy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their friendly nursing homes in Harrow, London. The service provides person centred care to elderly residents with a range of physical disabilities. This versatile nursing home also cares for residents with dementia, as well as a range of mental health conditions. The Home Manager is looking for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them to ensure the smooth running of the service at all times.

Person Specification: Applicants must be RGN / RMN / RNLD trained and must hold a valid PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction. Previous management experience within a similar environment is essential for this position. Applicants for this position must have experience as a Clinical Nurse or Senior Nurse for at least 18 months.
