Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) - OUTSTANDING Nursing Home

Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk

Salary: £39,000 per annum (£20 p/hour) excellent benefits

Hours: Full Time- 37.5 hours

Shifts: Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm

Contract type: Permanent

Further Details: We are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join a beautiful nursing home based in Mildenhall, Suffolk. The home is ideally situated in Mildenhall and is within easy reach of local shops and amenities, as well as public transport links. This bright and modern purpose-built nursing home boasts a range of excellent facilities including a cinema room, a pub, hairdressing salon and even it's very own rescue dog. The home also offers beautifully landscaped garden areas for residents to relax and enjoy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their highly reputable nursing homes in Mildenhall. The service provides person centred care to elderly residents with a range of physical disabilities, as well as specialist dementia care. The service has recently achieved an excellent CQC rating, including an "OUTSTANDING" rating in two areas. The Home Manager is looking for a motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them to ensure the smooth running of the service at all times.

Person Specification: Applicants must be RGN / RMN / RNLD trained and must hold a valid PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction. Previous management experience within a similar environment is essential for this position.
