Location: Ware, Hertfordshire

Salary: £32,500 - £43,500 per annum (£19.00 per hour) excellent benefits

Hours: Full Time- 37.5 hours

Shifts: Days

Contract type: Permanent

Further Details: We are delighted to be recruiting for this exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN/ RMN /RNLD) to join a bright and modern care home based in Ware, Hertfordshire. The home is ideally situated within easy access of public transport links, local shops and amenities. This state-of-the-art nursing home offers fantastic services for the residents including a cinema room, café and a hair and beauty salon. This bright and modern service also provides beautifully landscaped gardens, cosy lounges and a café for the residents to relax and unwind.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their beautiful nursing homes in Ware, Hertfordshire. The service provides residential and nursing care to the elderly, including short term respite care as well as palliative and end of life care. This service also offers care to residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. The manager is looking for a motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside the management team to ensure the smooth running of the service at all times.

Person Specification: Applicants must be RGN / RMN / RNLD trained and must hold a valid PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction. Previous managerial experience is essential for this position.
