A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a skilled, experienced and motivated Nurse to practice as a Clinical Lead in a welcoming and person-centred care home In Swindon.
This home provides person-centred care for residents in a caring and therapeutic environment for older individuals with medical requirments alongside dementia. The company values the residents' health and well-being to be of the utmost importance.
You will be required to lead the nursing team within this home the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home. You will need to have a proactive and positive attitude. Person Specification: Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration - we are happy to consider RGNs or RMNs. All candidates must be fully eligible to live and work in the UK without sponsorship. You will also be passionate and hard-working, with strong experience post-qualification, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.
