Clinical Lead Nurse (Complex Needs) Brand New Service, Surrey

You are an outstanding clinical practitioner; an eye for detail and the consummate professional. You are what nursing is all about. You have aspirations to work in an Outstanding service (if you aren't already) and can bring your well-established skills to the table, to support, lead and mentor a team of nurses. And with only 2 clinical days each week, the rest of your time is supernumerary, meaning you actually get to develop and manage your team. This is perfection in a nurse management role. In return, you are paid an attractive rate of up to £22 per hour, with opportunity for enhancements, free uniform (washed and ironed each day for you) and your meals provided daily.

You are a qualified RGN and have at least 8 years experience as a nurse in acute settings. You have good tenure on your CV, and have extensive experience caring for adults with complex needs, including tracheostomy and ventilation.
