Clinical Lead Nurse | Complex Nursing Care | Peterborough * Must be a Senior Registered Nurse with an NMC pin & a Nursing Qualification * The Salary is £21.40ph with paid breaks - £45,000 per year * Split of Supernumerary & Nursing shiftsThe Brief: Working as a Clinical Lead Nurse with an NMC pin, leading a Clinical team in a Complex Learning Disability Nursing Home offering care to younger adult residents in Peterborough.The Opportunity: Join the supportive, friendly and welcoming care team as a Senior Nurse responsible for the staff and working closely with the Deputy Manager. A great opportunity for a Senior Nurse looking to take a step up.Key Details * Providing Complex Nursing care for younger residents in a small specialist nursing home * Must have a Mental Health or Learning Disability Nursing Degree. * The working hours are 2 x 12-hour shifts on the floor and 2 x 8-hours admin - 40 hours per week in total. 08:00 - 20:00 & 08:00 - 16:00. * Mainly clinical duties, leading staff on the floor, with supernumerary responsibilities also. * The salary is £21.40ph with paid breaks, £45,000 per year. * Essential; To have excellent knowledge of LD, Complex Nursing Care & Challenging Behaviour. * Essential; Experience in leading a Care Team within a Care HomeThe Care Home & GroupThe modern & careful design of this Care Home is complemented by an excellent clinical care team providing care for younger adults who have learning disabilities and show challenging & complex behaviour.The Care Home has been awarded a Good CQC rating and above a 9.0 rating online. The successful Lead Nurse will be joining a nationwide, award-winning Top-10 UK care provider.
