Clinical Lead / Team Leader Supported Living Complex
Must be PIN Registered as this is a Clinical team leader Role
Salary £18-20 per hour 40 hour contract
Supported Living Complex New Basford Nottingham
Must have a minimum of 5 years post registration experience
Indepth knowledge and experience within Challenging Behaviour and Learning Disability is an advantage but not necessary
Preferable to have NVQ4 in Social Care RMA
Previous team leader or deputy manager (Nurse) of a Nursing Home desirable
We are looking for a Clinical Deputy –Team Leader for this new complex and service .
Capacity of 14 bed supported living scheme for adults with PMLD, primary diagnosis of LD/ ASD and a secondary of a physical disability.
You must have experience as a team leader , caring for those with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
The client is a holding company with over twenty years experience in the care sector, providing high quality, individualised care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and other developmental disorders, mental health needs (including those who have been detained under the Mental Health Act) sensory and communication impairments and challenging behaviour. Client has an excellent reputation for the quality and range of the services it offers.
Individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and other developmental disorders, and sensory and communication impairments are all eligible for support and can benefit enormously from the excellent programmes and care offered. People exhibiting self-harming and challenging behaviours are also eligible and sensitively supported
