Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a Clinical Lead/Senior Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse/Therapist/Social Worker (RMN/CPN/RNLD/NQSW/SW/Art/CBT/DBT/Occupational/Psycho) Band 5/6/7 to join the Community Mental Health Team based out of Hammersmith & Fulham or Hounslow in Greater London. The role is Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.


The mental health practitioner may be any registered clinical role including, but not limited to, a Community Psychiatric Nurse, Mental Health Occupational Therapist or Social Worker. The successful applicant will need to be proactive approach to innovation and be passionate about providing a high-quality holistic approach to the care. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your career and skills, whilst working with a highly innovative and transformative group of professionals. The co-location of Primary and Specialist community Mental Health Services places you in a unique position and will enable you to create meaningful working relationships that enhance care. The post holder will influence the future pathway model and you will be instrumental in the model implementation, with the support of the CFT, Clinical Leads within the Community, PCN and working alongside general practice teams. You will also have a clinical role in assessing and overseeing the care of those in need. Expertise will be vital in providing clinical assistance and advice to the GPs and other members of the community and primary care team in managing the mental wellbeing of the population.

The pay rate for this locum role is between £18.21 - £33.21 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
