Are you passionate about working with older females? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse lead post within Harper ward which sits within the Dementia & Huntingdon`s Disease integrated practice unit (IPU)
We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, innovative individual to deliver person centred care on our ward, someone who has the ability to work under pressure and rise to any challenge.
We have exciting opportunities ahead, moving into a Dementia Hub, which you will be part of organising, along with opportunities for you to have continued professional development, training, clinical supervision, and develop and use your skills in a supportive environment.
You will work closely with the ward Nurse Manager to ensure an integrated approach to governance, and where necessary liaise with staff to improve performance, patient safety and risk management.
You will be required to support the ward manager in managing the ward team, and demonstrate effective leadership and management skills in supporting the team. There will be a degree of flexibility in shifts, allowing direct links with your team colleagues, with the aim of delivering high standards of care through continuity and consistency.
