Clinical Nurse Manager / Deputy Manager

I am very excited to be working with my client to find a Clinical Nurse Manager for their brand new specialist centre due to open soon in Hull, East Yorkshire.

Being in at the very beginning will give the successful Clinical Nurse Manager a fantastic opportunity to create something outstanding and very special for their service users as well as their team.

This specialised home with be the most fabulous home in the area for 18 adults with complex needs making everyday better. It will be equally amazing for the team working there, providing them with excellent career development and progression opportunities.

The successful Clinical Nurse Manager will need to be dynamic and able to lead the clinical team while supporting the Home Director in all aspects of running a successful health care provision.

Clinical Nurse Manager requirements:

Registered nurse RMN/RNLD/RGN and will have a valid NMC pin
Leadership capabilities to lead a team of Registered Nurses and Support Workers to make certain that the medical, physical and emotional requirements of adults in your care are met fully
Clinical expertise to ensure that the people in our care receive the highest standards in a positive and progressive organisational culture
Ensure clinical governance framework compliance
Drive continuous improvement, mentoring and motivating colleagues
Champion safety and dignity
Provide warmth, enthusiasm and compassion when providing care
Strive to provide great quality holistic care, making every day better than the last; promoting core values: maintaining independence and dignity
Operate within staff values and always adhere to these, being an effective communicator and passionate about your work
Up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations
Work using initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality
Ability to provide the highest levels of quality care, and that means care for your staff as well as the service users.
