Leaders In Care is looking for a Hull based Nursing and Social Care professional to work in a new, state of the art care home, due to open in Spring 2021. This full-time Clinical Nurse Manager role in Hull comes with an annual salary of £37000 + £1500 welcome bonus and some excellent company benefits.
The purpose-built Hull home you will be working in is a home for up to 20 residents, with a unique layout that enables the team to provide the best possible care for adults with a vast array of complex mental and physical health needs and associated challenging behaviours.

Ensuring that residents' care plans are updated and adhered to
Providing leadership to a multi-disciplined team of healthcare professionals, qualified nurses and support workers
To apply for this Clinical Nurse Manager role, you will need healthcare experience as a registered nurse (RMN, RGN or RNLD) with a valid NMC pin. Experience as a senior nurse, unit manager, clinical nurse manager, ward manager or equivalent in private mental health or complex care home is essential.
