We are looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a small GP surgery in Morden, (Merton) South London.
The surgery have up to full time hours available, and can be flexible working pattern as well as offering a potential job share. They are offering Band 8b salary at around £55,000 (FTE), with addition of employment benefits of 5 weeks of annual leave with bank holidays off, NHS pension, indemnity.
You'll need to have General Practice experience, be a qualified Advanced Practitioner, ideally have (or be working towards) an MSc. Clinically you must have your V300 prescribing qualification, and be comfortable with autonomously running Minor Illness clinics and doing Medication Reviews and Optimising.
The surgery is small, with only around 5,000 patients on their list. They do have a great, friendly close-knit team and a real sense of purpose and keenness to provide the best possible care to their local community. They have parking on site and use EMIS web as their IT system.
