Nurse Seekers are proud to be working for a state of the art private mental health provider for their new service in Corby. Our client provides a professional and personalised approach, which aims to give the dedicated and intensive care required, whilst at the same time promoting their physical well being and happiness.

The Role

Due to an expansion of my client’s therapy services, they are now looking to expand their dedicated team with an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Counselling and Forensic Psychologist. The ethos of the Psychology service is integrative, the psychology team takes a specialist interest in psychosis and the rehabilitation of offenders with a history of severe and enduring mental health difficulties. The service offers specialist care to adults presenting with Dual Diagnosis as well as Acquired Brain Injury which allows them to offer the opportunity to pursue specialist clinical interest in these areas.

The successful candidate will be focused on all aspects of recovery. Under the supervision of HCPC Registered and Chartered Consultant Clinical and Forensic Psychologists you will deliver psychological services across my client’s facilities. Provision of psychological assessments, formulations and interventions (individual and group) will be key aspects of the role.

The ability to work creatively and flexibly with difficult-to-engage service users will be an essential aspect of the job. In addition to your clinical work, the role will also involve advising staff, facilitating reflective practice, and collaboration and consultation with other members of the multi-disciplinary team.

To be considered for this role you must be a Registered Psychologist with the HCPC.

If this sounds like the perfect position for you and you think think you are the right for the role, then please call one of our consultants on 01926 676369 or register your details with us.

Nurse Seekers are always seeking RGNs, RMNs and RNLDs and other Healthcare Professionals across the UK. If you are currently seeking a new post, then please feel free to get in touch or send us your CV and we will commit to finding your perfect position.
