Clinical Sales Associate

A key market player in the spinal and orthopaedic space is looking for a Clinical Sales Associate to join their team in the South West and grow new business within the spinal market.

With a fantastic reputation in the orthopaedics and spinal markets, their goal is to improve the quality of life for patients with spinal and musculoskeletal disorders. By working closely with surgeons and other clinical experts, their products are specifically designed to meet their needs and provide the very best in patient outcomes.
Recently they have made huge advances in the surgical robotics field, and now boast a robotic navigation platform that is designed to improve efficiencies and patient safety in spinal surgeries.
The role
As a Clinical Sales Associate, you’ll act under the guidance of an experienced Account Manager to ensure that clinical coverage is maintained within your defined sales area. You’ll support the case coverings from day-to-day operations as well as effectively market our client’s product portfolio. You will utilise a consultative approach to surgeons, prospective and existing customers.
Other responsibilities include:

Gaining full knowledge of the product portfolio, offerings, and surgical techniques

Ensuring clinical operations are maximised and targets are met

Managing resources within the sales area

Providing information and intelligence to support planning processes

Developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders

Undertaking administrative duties

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the market

Submitting monthly expense reports
