The Hospital is a 45-bed mental health facility for adults in various settings (a Female PICU, Rehab and Elderly High Dependency Unit), with increased focus on psychology led treatments. It is a flagship site of Nouvita Healthcare, a technology driven, outcomes focused and a growing care provider, made up of a hospital, nursing & residential care homes and supported living services and is on a mission to provide personalised and effective care.

Responsibilities for the Clinical Service Manager :

You will join a friendly, highly skilled and enthusiastic MDT team that offer a comprehensive programme of care to our in-patients. You will be responsible for leading the Nursing team to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care, which promotes independence and dignity and positively enhances the lives of individuals in our care.

The Role:

The role is the key liaison between Nursing and Therapies to ensure that patient care and the patient experience is at the highest level it can be as well as ensuring that the physical environment along with Health and Safety practices meet with regulatory and Nouvita standards.

To be considered for this role is it essential that you have

Excellent Managerial, leadership experience
Nursing qualification and current NMC registration
Strong Clinical experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience of working as a nurse in a Mental Health setting.
You must be RMN or RNLD or RGN qualified or desirably dual (RMN/RGN) qualified with a strong proven background of working in mental health.
Experience in elderly care or PICU is desirable, but not essential and you must possess excellent leadership qualities
You must have outstanding communication skills, excellent clinical skills and be motivated to offer the highest standards of care. It is essential you are prepared to take on an active leadership role supporting the operation of a twenty-four-hour business
