Abbott Clinical Specialist - South West & South Central UK in Bristol, United Kingdom

As a Clinical Specialist covering South West and South Central England you will support the Cardiovascular team by providing operational support and training to support strategic, operational and quality objectives.

Main responsibilities:
* Support for Physicians during clinical procedures. Provides primary technical support to physician and nurses during procedures. Escalate to more senior colleagues as and when required.
* Support Cardiovascular strategy and its execution, via supporting product implementation plans and customer education.
* Play a role in supporting & driving employee and customer clinical training & sign-off. Participate in creating bespoke training programs based on customer needs and requirements.
* Takes responsibility to understand and comply with all clinical practices and standing orders required by the individual healthcare establishments when attending in support of any medical procedure.

What you'll need:
* Individuals will hold a B.S degree preferably in a Science subject OR Clinical, healthcare or relevant sales experience.
* Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time.
* Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol through a similar clinical specialist role within industry or a healthcare setting would be desirable, however an enthusiasm and passion for the industry will also be considered.
* Fantastic communication skills.
