I have been asked by one of my well-established clients to recruit a Clinical Lead to manage a unit at a beautiful, purpose-built Nursing Home in West London.
As a Unit Manager you will assist the Registered Manager with their day-to-day duties and ensure that individualised, person-centred care is always the priority.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising staff, in order to uphold high standards across the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations, and the preparation of rotas.
This is a full-time position, offering an attractive hourly rate, coupled with a generous welcome bonus and benefit package.
