An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Unit Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in Hungerford Newtown, Berkshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
The care home offers all types of care, including nursing care, nursing dementia care and palliative care for people who need help with daily tasks
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN, RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC Pin**
As the Clinical Unit Manager your key responsibilities include:
- Be responsible for leading a team of Nursing and Care staff to ensure excellent standards of care
- Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff
- Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services
- Comply to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- You must have previous experience in a management role
- You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results
- You must have a good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)
- Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Clinical Unit Manager will receive an excellent salary of £22.50 per hour. This exciting position is a Full Time role working through Day Shifts. In return for your hard work and expertise you will receive the following generous benefits:
