Nuffield Health, the UK's largest not for profit healthcare provider, is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our Nationwide emotional wellbeing team.
As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, you will provide private sector clients with high quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Your referrals will come from all kinds of sources - from GP's to insurance companies. Patients will rely on you for assessment and treatment, either as stand-alone therapy or part of a more comprehensive package of vocational rehabilitation care.
Based at home, you will practice semi-autonomously, delivering therapy in a range of different clinics and locations. You will enjoy excellent support from a dedicated administration team, based at our Telford office. We will provide a generous mileage allowance for your visits to clients and to attend regular team days. What's more, we offer £1,200 towards EMDR training, plus an annual contribution of £500 for continuous professional development.
To succeed as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist you will; * Have, or be close to completing, their BABCP accreditation. A postgraduate diploma in CBT is our minimum requirement. * Ideally be a qualified and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse. * Be highly organised and be a supportive member of our CBT network. * Have excellent communication skills and really focus on your customers.
We want you to be the best you can be. So we promise to support you with training, career development and our unique health and wellbeing focused benefits package. This includes free membership of your local Fitness and Wellbeing Club, Private medical insurance and an annual health assessment, as well as a range of lifestyle and financial wellbeing benefits. We want to help you live well and get the balance right in life, so we'll give you 25 days' holiday in your first years here - and we'll reward you with more annual leave for building your career with us.
