We are looking for a Commissioning & Partnerships Manager to support us to better enable people to live later life well by delivering community, buildings-based and digital services and activities across Great Britain. Our services are designed and delivered in partnership with local people so that individuals are more active, engaged and happier within their communities. People can choose from a menu of services ranging from individual befriending to groups, clubs, classes and activities that promote and support well-being. The Commissioning and Partnerships Manager is responsible for:
- Developing and delivering a business plan to ensure the on-going sustainability of The Wilderness, including design and implementation of a range of primary purpose trading opportunities fitting to our Mission.
- Developing a blueprint for Community Cafes based upon established opportunities at Bradley Court (Huddersfield) and Gravesend Methodist Church (Kent).
- Leading on MHA Communities' formal tender response to a programme of statutory funding opportunities with a value in the region of £1.0m.
- Developing a B2B and B2C sales plan for MHA Digital Communities to support the service to become revenue generating to offset delivery costs and generate a surplus to subsidise 'traditional' community-based activity delivery.
