Commissioning home manager required for high end home paying circa £55,000-£60,000
The home itself is a large, purpose built home that is to a very high specification. The home is looking to secure a strong manager to ensure that it continues the great name and reputation the company holds.

My client is looking for a strong home manager to commission the home and get this home off to a flying start. This will include helping to market the home, recruit new staff and set high standards for your team.
They are ideally looking for someone who is nurse qualified however this is not necessary if you have the right experience managing nursing or residential homes.
You must have the passion and commitment for residents care, and above all display experience working in this environment. You also must be confident in all areas of management and possess an excellent business / marketing acumen as well.
The salary for this position is up to £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
