Are you passionate about supporting older people in your community? Could you lead a team in developing, managing and continuously improving upon the delivery of a programme of activities to meet the needs of residents within MHA Registered services AND older people living in their own homes in the community? MHA enable people to live later life well by delivering digital and community-based services and activities to members in the community and residents of our Care Homes. Our services are designed and delivered in partnership with local people so that individuals are more active, engaged and happier within their communities. People can choose from a menu of services ranging from individual befriending to groups, clubs, classes and activities that promote and support well-being. MHA Communities does not provide domiciliary/personal care. The Communities Manager is responsible for developing, delivering and managing an outcomes-driven programmeof digital and community-based activities to support older people throughout Kent to live later life well. This will include the management and delivery of activity into MHA's Registered Services as well as in community venues locally. The successful candidate will be home based so should be able to work effectively from home (laptop, mobile phone etc will be provided) and will preferably live within the county of Kent.
