Our aim at MHA Communities is to enable older people to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible, helping them to live later life well in their local communities.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Communities Operations Manager to join us. A newly created role, you will be an active member of the MHA Communities leadership team, responsible for the safe, customer-centric and sustainable delivery of MHA Communities services across Britain.
The role

  • Provide direction and line management to Communities Area Managers

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that services meet or exceed all relevant standards and MHA's business, legal and performance targets.

  • Contribute to the development of MHA corporate and strategic initiatives and policy development.

  • Lead operational and business and funding planning

About you
  • Multi-site management experience within a fast paced and customer centric environment

  • Relevant experience in project management and development of policies and procedures

  • Business awareness - experience and familiarity with working in a commercial setting.

  • Ability to set and manage financial plans/budgets

  • The role requires travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays, therefore the ability to travel extensively and UK driving licence is essential
