Community Mental Health Forensic Social Worker (SW) Band 6-7 job in London at Belmont Recruitment

This role is to provide high quality social work assessment and case management skills to service users in secure care as well as those leaving secure care. The post holder will undertake the role of Social Supervisor to conditionally discharged patients and provide monitoring reports to the Ministry of Justice, also working closely with service users and their families to establish a collaborative care plan that supports individuals to live safe and fulfilled lives. You will be part of an MDT responsible for assessing, managing and reviewing risk and will receive comprehensive training to do this. The successful applicant will maintain a limited caseload in order that you can provide intensive support to individuals in the community and their families, also ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, motivating colleagues, championing service user safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement.

The pay rate for this locum role is between £24.52 - £32.52 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
