Salary: Band 5 £24,214 - £30,112 and Band 6 £30,401 - £37,267
pa (dependent on experience)

Location: Northlands Health Centre or the Eastglade Health Centre

This is an exciting opportunity to join our newly configured Recovery Service. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary community team to provide health and social care to adults with complex mental health needs. Our core business hours are between 9:00am – 5:00pm from Monday – Friday and we operate a flexible approach to support community practice.

The role of a Community Mental Health Nurse is fundamental to our business. You will be a highly motivated, skilled, and knowledgeable mental health professional who shares our passion for supporting service users to recover from serious mental illness. You will tailor and coordinate packages of health and social care to a caseload of service users and contribute to the wider multi-disciplinary team.
