An exciting opportunity has arisen within Cumbria’s Memory & Later Life services based in Allerdale for a Community Mental Health Nurse.
The Memory & Later Life service aims to provide early assessment, diagnosis and person centred interventions for people with new or suspected dementia, as well as people with age related mental health needs and established dementia. The service utilises evidence based care pathways to offer a wide range of person centred approaches to support the needs of the person and their family.
The service offers a highly motivated team approach which has gained recognition both nationally and internationally for its success.
The post will offer the successful candidate a rewarding opportunity to develop their skills, as well as assisting in the delivery of the service in Allerdale.
