Community Mental Health Registered Qualified Social Worker (NQSW/SW) Band 5-6
Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a Community Mental Health Registered Qualified Social Worker (NQSW/SW) Band 5-6 to join the Community Mental Health Team based out of Luton in Bedfordshire. The role is Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.
The post holder will work as part of an established integrated multi-disciplinary team. This team is made up of a several Psychiatrists, Mental Health Psychiatric Nurses, Social Workers, Support Time Recovery Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Carers / Support Workers. The successful applicant will manage a clinical caseload, providing ongoing mental health support to clients with serious mental health problems. The role also involves undertaking assessments of clients that are referred to Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and providing ad hoc support to the Duty Workers within CMHT. In return we are happy to support you in advancing your own skill set using additional learning opportunities such and NMP, ACP, and psychological therapies etc depending on availability and feasibility.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £19.78 - £29.78 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
