The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

Due to restructuring of the team we are looking for experienced, caring and motivated Band 5 Community Nurses to join our busy team.
Situated in beautiful North Cornwall, the Wadebridge and Tintagel Community Nursing Team works with 4 GP practices with a catchment area covering Wadebridge, Tintagel, Camelford and Boscastle.
We are looking for motivated, positive individuals who will be required to work in all areas as part of our commitment to providing seamless care to patients in the community. This post holders will be working across our catchment area and also working flexibly across other teams in the North Cornwall locality.
Applications are invited from Registered Nurses (Adult) with the ability to work autonomously, whilst being a member of a team committed to excellence in patient care.
If you have excellent communication and people skills and would enjoy the challenge of caring for people at home, then we want to hear from you.
You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. You will need to be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for community nursing as well as a desire for ongoing professional development. You should also have an understanding of the changing climate of care delivery in the community.
Ability to travel independently across the area to fulfill the requirements of this post is essential. This post will involve evening and weekend on-calls working on a rota basis.
