£45k - £51K - Full Time - Permanent

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

* RN/RN child/LD Nurse/RMN with current NMC registration

* Experience of care management,

* Clinical experience in the community or hospital setting with evidence of professional development.

* Management of safeguarding adults and children’s procedures and ability to implement.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational community nurse, who truly wants to make a difference to people’s lives. This service helps people of all ages and is the change to join a successful CQC registered domiciliary health and social care service. Our client requires their patients/ residents/ customers to receive high quality care and the people are at the centre of what this role does.

You will assist the various nurses and carers that will report into you with all aspects of care, handling, training and give advice.

The role will cover Yorkshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Lancashire and Merseyside.

The main Responsibilities of the role include:

* Clinical leadership, implementing the top-quality care and standards of nursing as well as clinical care to clients of all ages in their homes and centres.

* Manage the northern region, i.e., Manchester, Staffordshire. Yorkshire, Lancashire region providing professional leadership and management to the registered nurses and personnel including recruitment, retention of nurses, appraisals, CPD, disciplinary etc

* This role is responsible for all clinical components of care delivery, ensuring CQC, standards, risks and compliance.

* Additionally, you will manage the registered nursing budget for your region and check effectiveness of complex care provision

KEY ATTRIBUTES/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

* RN/RN child/LD Nurse/RMN with current NMC registration

* Care management

* Clinical experience in the community

* Management of safeguarding adults and children procedures and ability to implement

DESIRABLE

* Recognised teaching qualification, or equivalent experience

* Management qualification, or equivalent experience

* Excellent communication skills – verbal and written with gravitas and capability of liasing at all levels and all ages.

* Coaching and mentoring skills

* Excellent IT skills including use of Teams/Zoom, and presentation skills

* Awareness of budgetary management and control
