Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of personalised care plans, to contribute to Somerset Partnership’s vision of providing excellent nursing care. Transferable clinical skills will be supported with training and we can offer a period of induction/orientation tailored to your needs.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
