An exciting opportunity has arisen for 4 permanent part time Band 5 Community Staff Nurses within the District Nursing Out of Hours Service in the Swansea Locality.

Working as part of a team and supporting the District Nursing Sister the post will require substantial post registration experience, flexibility, commitment, excellent communication skills and the ability to work alone and with the wider multidisciplinary team to provide skilled nursing care to patients within the Community.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
