We are looking to recruit Community Care assistants in St Albans on either a full or part time basis to work a variety of shifts between 7am - 10pm, to provide support to our customers within their own homes. You must be a kind and caring individual, with a passion for people and available to work alternate weekends.

The ideal candidates will need to be flexible and able to provide the support at the required times, which consist of mornings, lunchtimes, teatimes and evenings.

New Directions offer a full, remote induction training programme with one day, in house practical training, along with the opportunity to gain a fully funded NVQ in Health and Social Care with a paid bonus on completion.

You will be supporting our customers to live an independent life, and assisting with all aspects of their lives such as: personal care, washing/dressing, medications, cooking, cleaning and shopping and more.
