Reach Resourcing are currently recruiting experienced Customer Service Advisors to work with a key client on a temporary basis.
To be successful candidates must be highly motivated, quality conscious, hardworking and reliable (time and attendance is a MUST)
Ideal Candidates will have:
• Previous online, inbound or outbound customer service experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communications skills
• Ability to adapt in difficult suituations
• Able to work in a fast-pace environment
• Able to work in a team
• Good attitude to work
• Willing to undertake additional duties if required
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and the hourly rate is £9.50 per hour.
