Job Description

Macturner Solutions provide recruitment solutions to the Health Care Sector, and currently have a requirement for 2 day RGN's or RMN's for our Client who is a Nursing Home located in Old Windsor, Berkshire. Working a shift of 8am-8pm min 38.5 hours a week.

Registered Nurse - RGN or RMN - Fully Compliant Elderly & Dementia Nursing Home - Kent

You will be a Registered Nurse ( RGN or RMN ) with previous experience working in a clinical care setting, looking for a new challenging position within an elderly and dementia nursing home.

Our Client is a fully compliant, highly prestigious nursing homes in the Kent area who provide care for the elderly - some with dementia. We are keen to hear from professional nurses who are looking for a new challenge. Our client provides high-quality personalised dementia care, nursing care and residential care in the Berkshire area.

The role of the Registered Nurse ( RGN or RMN )

  • Deliver the highest standards of care with dignity and respect
  • Develop, review and update care plans
  • Comply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
  • Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered
  • Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are read, understood are adhered to by all staff
  • Provide clinical leadership & supervision for the staff nurses healthcare staff
  • Participate in the induction and training of all new nurses on the unit
  • Supervise and monitor standards of nursing care and take appropriate action to improve standards when required
  • Ensure all clinical documentation is well maintained and filed in the appropriate places
  • Experience in a Dementia Nursing Home
  • A General Nursing qualification ( RGN or RMN )
  • Current registration with the NMC
  • The legal right to work in the UK
