PE Global is currently recruiting for a Demand Planner for a leading multi-national Healthcare client based in Newbury.

THE ROLE: This position plays an integral role within the Global Planning & Fulfillment Centre of Excellence related to Demand Planning best practices, standards, process engineering, and training. The role will work closely with Network Planning SMEs, Central Demand Planning teams, regional Commercial Information Analysts, and other functional teams to drive Demand Planning efficiency and performance for our client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work alongside other COE team members to continuously enhance processes, improve analytics and performance metrics, and support user adoption of existing processes, systems and tools.
• Support the sustainability of existing systems, working with COE and IT counterparts to manage configurations, enhancements, reporting, and testing.
• Support the implementation of new processes/process enhancements, systems and system enhancements/releases including: Gathering requirements, testing functionality, providing training, and developing change management plans that ensure all requirements and business needs are achieved.
• Support the creation, reporting, and analysis of key Demand Planning metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
5+ years of experience in Demand Planning processes including statistical forecasting
• Experience with Authoring (creating reports)
• Experience in demand planning & statistical forecasting
• Previous experience with Rapid Response (Kinaxis) is a must that will give priority to your application.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management (PMO certification a plus)
• Familiar with system implementations including technical and functional requirements, system design, implementation, data migration, testing, training, go-live support, and issue resolution.
