Beautiful, friendly, attractive, Nursing / Dementia / Residential Care Home based in Storrington, West Sussex, RH20, wishes to recruit Dementia Care Assistants of Care Assistants wishing to provide care and support to Dementia residents.

Key duties:

Identifying the needs and abilities of the residents and delivering person centred care
Providing personal care and hygiene
Supporting residents to remain independent as long as possible
Ability to work in a team to create a co-operative, friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the care home

About you:

A genuine interest in caring for Dementia residents
Previous care experience is useful, but not essential as our clients will provide you training and support from day one
Flexible in the hours – you can work and will be able to work every other weekend
Able to work in a team or independently
