There are always two trained members of staff on shift, along with a well established care team, and award winning activities team.
This is a super management role, for a career driven dementia specialist nurse, with the opportunity of undertaking extra and appropriate study, 36 hours clinical, 4 hours supernumerary.
As Unit Manager, you will be planning, running and ensuring that our residents needs are met. This is our residents home, and you will have the autonomy to execute personalised care plans, to ensure their happiness and wellbeing.
As Unit Manager you will be involved with recruitment, training and mentoring staff (do you have a interest in working with Student Nurses??).
This is a GOOD home aiming for OUTSTANDING, can you be part of the Team ?
