Dental Associate – Suffolk
MMP are representing a prestigious dental group looking for an exceptional dental practitioner to work in Suffolk.
This position will provide a unique opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join an exceptional organisation where facilities and access to the best equipment allow you to focus on the patients. This is a wonderful practice with a fantastic culture and team that provides the very best NHS and Private dental care to the local community.
The successful candidate will be confident, have exceptional communication skills and take pride in offering a tailored and personalised service to each individual patient.
Associate Dentists have easy access to my clients superb in-house dental academy with heavily discounted courses. My client offers the support of clinical experts, approachable leadership, and a central business support unit that can be relied upon to allow you to focus your valuable time with the patients.
COVID-19 presents a time of worry for the country and the dental sector, and whilst It’s too early to tell what the lasting impact will be, my client’s number 1 priority will continue to be our duty of care to the communities they serve, clinicians and practice teams. My client have been working incredibly hard to make sure that the Government’s Standard Operating Procedures, and their own chain of protective measures, are in place across all practices. This ensures that not only are my client’s patients and colleagues are protected, but that more patients can be treated.

My client are investing £1.25m to install state-of-the-art air filtration units in our practices, which means their surgeries have at least 10 air changes per hour allowing the fallow period to reduce to just 20 minutes.
