Deputy Clinic Manager
£27,500 to £32,300

Eclypse are currently recruiting for a Deputy Clinic Manager with senior Staff Nurse experience for a private dialysis treatment centre located in Nottingham. This role is ideal for a candidate who is looking to make the next step and progress in their career.

This client is one of the world's largest independent renal care providers and they are committed to developing the best renal care services in dialysis, whilst continually improving the quality of life of their patients.

The Role

Within this role as a Deputy Nurse Manager you will manage the dialysis clinic in the absence of the manager, and assist in the daily operational and clinical management within this centre.

Key duties include:

  • Providing support, guidance and supervision to staff, ensuring high levels of patient care and providing specialised nursing knowledge to assist junior staff with developing and expanding their knowledge
  • Developing and promoting good working relationships with all relevant parties
  • Ensuring all equipment is fully maintained and operational
  • Discuss and evaluate patients' health concerns, deal with these accordingly and plan and implement patient care programs
  • Ensuring services are continually improving and of a high quality, and complying with best practice guidelines

The Candidate

A successful candidate will have/be:

  • RGN with NMC registration
  • Basic qualification in Renal Nursing (Diploma, ENB Course or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years' experience IDEALLY in dialysis working at a senior level
  • Experience of managing and leading a team of nurses
  • Able to work well both autonomously and as part of a diverse team
  • Passionate about improving patients' quality of life and have a dynamic, positive approach to providing safe and effective care

This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week with a mixed shift pattern from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 6am and 11.30pm (no nights or Sundays).

Our client is offering a competitive salary up to £32,300 depending on experience plus allowances for unsociable hours and benefits such as: 27 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), life assurance and pension.
