Linq are proud to be working with one of the leading providers of healthcare across the country. The hospital provides some of the best private healthcare available through complex surgery and clinical procedures

37.5 hours a week on a flexible shift pattern.

Salary: £41,700-£45,500 +benefits

Day-to-day duties:

Be a key member of the team.
Help and assist your team deliver care that will improve patient health.
Demonstrate compassion with your team through relationship management with patients, visitors and other staff.
Advocate for the safety and wellbeing of all patients.
Assist the Clinical Services Manager when required.
Work daily to improve not only your own knowledge but your teams aswell.Role responsibilities:

Driven to succeed, energetic and proactive in all aspects of the role.
Proven example that you can lead a clinical team.
Experience in Scrub Orthopaedics.
Excellent team worker with interpersonal skills.
Clear communication and the ability to adapt your guidance to different members of the teams needs and abilities.
A good judgement maker with the ability to lead through complex situations with a range of options.Benefits:
