Deputy General Manager & Clinical Lead, Staffordshire Permanent Days Full Time (40 Hours) Salary £38,000 TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Deputy General Manager / Clinical Lead for a strong performing care home based in Stone, Staffordshire where 96% of the residents rated the home highly and our last CQC inspection rated us as 'Overall Good'. The home is located in the beautiful countryside of Staffordshire in the tranquil village of Hilderstone. The nearby market town of Stone is recorded as a Saxon village in The Doomsday Book. Hilderstone Hall is a Grade 2 listed building which has retained many of its original features, set in a large landscaped garden with wheelchair access and seating areas to enjoy the view. The garden features a lovely 600-year old Lebanese Cedar and a lake at the bottom of the garden. An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy General Manager to help manage and develop the team throughout the home to deliver care that enhances every residents' life. The home offers nursing care, residential care, dementia care and respite care. Your duties will include: &#$2022;Monitoring care standards through regular audits &#$2022;Supervising clinical practice &#$2022;Ensuring all regulations are met &#$2022;Learning and development &#$2022;Recruiting and developing your team &#$2022;Delegating &#$2022;Regular meetings and mentoring &#$2022;Delivery Learning and Development programmes Requirements:
  • Registered with the NMC
  • Registered nurse either General or Mental Health.
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Teaching and mentor or supervision qualification
  • Experienced of working with older people
  • Experience of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk
  • Clinical Mentor - supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship
  • Business experience either sales / marketing or managing budgets
