Location: Kensington (W10)
Salary: £24.00 per hour - £50,000 per annum
Hours: Days only - 40 hours per week - fully supernumerary

We are assisting a charitable not for profit organisation in recruiting a Deputy Home Manager for their luxury care service based in Kensington; based closely to the Notting Hill area; not far from Latimer Road tube station on the Hammersmith & City and Circle Lines.

The service is ideally located and offers a modern and innovative environment; it caters to a range of nursing needs across 3 floors offering 44 adults with continuing complex healthcare needs the rehabilitation they deserve

Alongside offering NHS rehabilitation services the site caters for dementia nursing care and palliative/elderly nursing care also offering a varied and mixed service to the local community with a good CQC in all areas and an excellent local reputation.

As the Deputy Home Manager here your role will be fully supernumerary, and you will be an integral part of the senior management team; your duties will include:

* Clinical governance - mediation and care plan audits
* Recruitment and retention of staff
* Complex admission and discharges
* Liaising with a variety and large MDT - NHS and local council's/GP's etc
* Family liaison and complaint management
* Staff management - supervisions and appraisal
* Training and development of a large team
