Job Title: Deputy Manager - Nursing Home with Amazing Benefits

Position: Deputy Manager, Nursing Home

Hours: 20 hours working as a senior nurses / 20 managerial hours

Salary: £17.50ph (£36,400 for 40 hours a week) excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join an leading private company in one of their beautiful smaller more intimate homes based in the Stock-on-Trent area. The Home Manager is looking a passionate Nurse to join the excisiting friendly team as a Deputy Manager. The Home Manager is looking for either an expereinced Deputy Home manager or a motivated nurse looking for a step up into managemennt as full training and support for new managers is provided. Staff morale at the home is very high and the team are passionate about the high quality of care that they provide to each and every resident.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lovely service with a 50/50 split of managerial tasks. Duties include deputising in the overall management of the care home as required, positively influence the reputation of the home and oversee the induction of all new employees and participate in the training development of the team as well as working in a clinical capacity providing care to the residents in the home.
